Meet Wayne D. Hibbeler
Mr. Hibbeler, a knowledgeable and respected trial attorney in Clarksville, specializes in civil law, criminal law, family law, juvenile law, military law, and traffic law. He was admitted to the Tennessee State Bar in 2005, and is a proud member of the American and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
Before joining the practice, Mr. Hibbeler graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2001. He continued his education at Creighton University, where he received his Juris Doctorate three years later.
Today, a reputable attorney, Mr. Hibbeler is in charge of the criminal defense practice of our firm. He comes from a local Fort Campbell military family. He also attended and graduated from high school in the same area.

Meet M. Tyler Howard
Tyler was born and raised here in Montgomery County. He attended Clarksville High School, where he graduated with Distinguished Honors in 2006. He went on to attend Austin Peay State University for his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010, with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Minor in German. In 2012, Tyler received his Master’s Degree with Honor in Military History.
He then attended law school at the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During that time, Tyler represented the children of Shelby County as a Guardian ad Litem through the school’s Child and Family Litigation Clinic in Dependency and Neglect Proceedings.
During summers, Tyler returned home and served as a legal intern at the Public Defender’s Office for Tennessee’s 19th Judicial District at Clarksville. He practiced in the General Sessions Criminal Courts of Montgomery County as a student attorney with the Public Defenders’ Office, handling a broad spectrum of criminal matters and acquiring crucial experience to better serve his future clients. Tyler was awarded the John C. “Jack” Hough Memorial Law Scholarship for government service at the Public Defender’s Office and the Dean’s Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from the University of Memphis, as well as being named a 2015 Law Student for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Tyler graduated From the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in May 2015. He sat for the bar exam and was licensed to practice in October 2015. Tyler Practices in the General Sessions, Circuit, and Juvenile Courts of Montgomery County. His practice is focused on Criminal, Family, and Employment Law.
